Czech and Foreign Books published after 1801 are a part of the Universal Library Collection (UKF). In the field of the Czech production - until 1992 Czechoslovak, the NL acquires, since 1935, legal deposit copies, which are the basis of the National Archival Collection (NKF). The Study Collection (SF) is built up for the purpose of lending Czech books out of the National Library. The Collection of the 19th century is built up continuously, and includes books published between 1801 and 1900 on the territory of the Czech Lands or related to them, i.e. the so-called Bohemica. Information on incorporating books into the Collection of the 19th century are continuously supplied into the online catalogue - NKC base. This collection is accessible in The Scholars´ Reading Room only.
