The work of Václav Sivko (1923-1974) is focused mainly on drawing, free graphics and illustration. He illustrated, decorated and graphically edited more than five hundred books. The exhibition cycle Books are Difficult to Display, dedicated to eminent Czech book artists of the period after the World War II, is organised by Elpida, o. p .s. in cooperation with the Archive of Visual Art.
